Personality

Gwendolyn rarely seems to take things seriously. She's quick to snark and sass, and she wields her wit like a weapon. She must, for it's her only weapon. When push comes to shove and physical danger is imminent, she's quick to escape.

One of her greatest joys in life seems to be making people uncomfortable with her words. Like needling fingers looking for ticklish purchase, her comments always aim to tease. However, when an ally comes to her in true need, no one provides as much comfort and support as Gwendolyn. Her well of empathy and care is deep and overflowing.

Where Gwendolyn loves to seek and provide comfort, she hates the opposite. Greed is a quality she cannot abide, nor pride and boastfulness. She enjoys coddling the meek and humble, and narrows her eyes mightily at anyone who postures for praise.

An apothecary by trade. Gwendolyn's shop carries a vast array of potions, poisons, drugs, remedies, soaps, shampoos, frangrances, aphrodisiacs, and spices. Outside and in her workshop, she tirelessly tweaks her plants. From herbs used in her poultices and potions, to some questionable psychoactive plants, to common flowers, Gwendolyn grows them all.

Inquire at her shop, located in the Mist, plot 3, ward 15. There, you may find any manner of alchemical or herbal goods an adventurer (or nature conniseur) may desire.

A trusted hand of M.R. Rhotano. Steeped in his operations for several years now, Gwendolyn is considered a valuable ally and servant of the mysterious crime lord and philanthropist. Her contributions are almost always shipments of various poisons and nasty concoctions for use on any unfortunate souls in Rhotano's path. At times, she is tasked with providing potions for men in the field, or healing services when the organization's healers are overloaded with work.

Many missions are relayed through her as a mouthpiece. M.R. Rhotano's will and desires become her own. For reasons that have never been aired, Gwendolyn is forever a fierce Rhotano loyalist, no matter what is said of him, no matter where his desires guide her. The full might of her cunning and skillset are forever at her master's disposal.
